Introduction
The Yellow Fin Tuna is a target fish of most jigging enthusiasts as it has one of the fiercest fight and known for its circle of death. Fishing onboard the Qixing Pro Fishing Boat located in the South of Taiwan, Kaohsiung is the home of this comfortable 55ft length boat with a cruising speed of 16 to 18 knots. Licensed for an 18 pax capacity, this well maintained and comfortable boat can take up to 10 to 12 anglers fishing at any one time. Comes equipped with aircon cabins and toilet with shower so anglers can have a relaxing, yet fun and enjoyable time experiencing tight lines especially during the Yellow Fin Tuna Frenzy moments throughout the trip.
The Amberjacks are the next favourite target species for all anglers, as they are notoriously known for their brute powers. Other species such as Queen Fish, Cobia, Giant Travelly, Wahoos and Mahi Mahis are also available all year round and are mostly targeted by light jigging enthusiast. Fishing during the right current will keep you busy jigging throughout the day as you get hits after hits.
Your entire journey will be headed by Captain Loh, who has over 20 years of experience in the Taiwan Straights and Pacific Ocean. He specializes in all types of fishing such as slow jigging, jigging, popping and even trolling. He is assisted by Professional Fishing Guide Ken Tsai, who is a marine biologist by training and has vast experience fishing the surrounding waters. With the both of them and a DMC guide to take you through the entire trip, you know that you will be safe and well taken care of, while experiencing one of the best fishing trips ever!
The streets of Kaohsiung, Taiwan is also extremely rich in Asian culture and filled with many night markets that you can enjoy while the fishing day has ended. Returning back to city life after a day trip to have good food and comfortable rest or other night activities at the end of the day often bring anglers back to Taiwan over and over again. Charter Inclusive

Flight/Trip Transfer Details
Land Transport: Two-way transport to and from Kaohsiung International Airport to Hotel (about 20 minutes) is included. Throughout the fishing days, transport from hotel to and fro harbor will also be provided. Kaohsiung is easily accessible with train stations just 10 minutes away from your hotel for your self-paid leisure activities.
Accommodation & Personal Belongings
Accommodation is a local Taiwan hotel which is in a city-like suburb of Kaohsiung. Night markets and various food options and convenient stores are readily available around the hotel. Standard towel and toiletries are provided by the hotel.
Food & Drinks
On fishing days, breakfast and lunch will be provided along with standard water and non-alcoholic soft drinks. Typical breakfast will be packaged bread to bring on board and lunch will be served at local Taiwanese eatery, typically with rice, choice of meat and vegetables enough to fill your tummy comfortably after a long fishing trip.
Alcohol, additional dishes of seafood and other meats can be arranged at additional costs if you so wish.
Note that all additional food and drinks during transit and throughout the trip (except 2 standard meals on fishing days) will be at your own costs.
Other Terms & Conditions :
· A 50% deposit fee is required to secure your booking. Dates/ trip will be booked and blocked once deposit is received.
· The remaining balance of 50% payment and any other miscellaneous cost must be paid 30 days prior to departure date.
· It is compulsory for all guests to purchase their own travel insurance during the entire fishing period with DMC Fishing.
· DMC Fishing can assist guests with the purchase of travel insurance upon request. Cost will be billed together with their final payment.
· It is DMC Fishing company policy requirement that guests who make their own travel insurance coverage must submit a proof of coverage to DMC Fishing at least 1 week prior to departure date, with the policy covering the entire period. Otherwise, DMC Fishing reserves the right to invalidate the entire booking and any prior payments will be forfeited without replacement.
· All guests will be required to complete and agree to the DMC Fishing standard terms & conditions at the time of booking.
· All guests are responsible for their own personal valuables and belongings throughout the trip. DMC Fishing will not be responsible for any loss or damages as a result.
· There will be strictly no refund for any deposits/payment in any case of a cancellation or no-show.
· DMC Fishing reserves the right to change any of the terms and condition above without prior notice.
